Alcohol
Alcohol is not permitted in the theater or the park without a permit.
Box Office
The Box Office can be accessed from two locations: a) on the path from the parking lawn, and b) from the access path between the theater and the paved parking lots. Tickets are sold on the day of performance only. No advance sales. Ticket price is $5.00 per adult; $4.00 per senior citizen 60 and over, children twelve (12) and under are admitted free. The Box Office opens at 5:30 PM and patrons are admitted to the seating area immediately after purchasing tickets. The box office closes at 9 pm each show night.
Cameras and Video Equipment
Digital and still cameras are allowed providing they have no FLASH or the flash is disabled. People using flash cameras will be asked to stop. No videotaping is allowed due to contractual considerations with the licensing companies and musicians union.
Cancelled Shows
In the unfortunate event that a show is cancelled prior to intermission, save yourticket stub as it will allow you to attend another performance this season. You will have to exchange the stub for a new ticket on the next night you attend. If it rains after intermission there are no rain checks honored. Rain checks are valid up to one year from the date of issue.
Cell phones
Please place all cell phones on vibrate.
Chair Rentals
Chairs may be rented from the Friends of Plays-in-the-Park on selected nights, subject to availability. See someone at the Friends booth , located by the entrance to the lawn area.
Concessions
Concession stands are located throughout the theater grounds. These are run by an outside organization.

On show nights, the “doors” open along with the box office, at 5:30 p.m.

Food and Drink
You are allowed to bring food on to the seating area, and picnic tables are available outside the fence/gates. Please use the trash containers.
Lawn Seating
Chairs MAY NOT be left unattended on the paths leading to the Box Office. Standard size lawn chairs, wood or metal folding chairs, are the only type permitted. The back of the chair may not be higher than 40 inches. High back lawn chairs, beach chairs, chaise lounges, blankets and chairs with leg extensions are not permitted. Please exit through the Gates marked EXIT ONLY (Gates C and D) where your hand will be stamped with an identifying mark. Upon re-entrance through the main gate B you will need to show the stamp to an usher. NO ONE CAN BE RE-ADMITTED WITHOUT A PROPER HANDSTAMP.
Lost and Found
If an item is brought to either the Friends booth or the main office we will hold the item. Please call the theater the next day. Occasionally items are found by the Parks Department when they clean in the morning and these items are brought to the Park Rangers.
Parking
PIP provides ample parking on the lawn alongside the theater. The paved lots are for handicapped vehicles. Actors and volunteers park behind the concession stand. In the event a heavy rain creates a situation where the ground is too muddy, limited parking is available at various paved parking lots in the park.
Patron Safety
Please notify our staff if you notice any disruptive behavior. Our trained staff will remedy the situation immediately. Please abide by the good neighbor policy and respect each other and your surroundings.
Prohibited Items
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, PIP prohibits the following items: animals (except seeing-eye dogs), fireworks, chaise lounges, blankets, weapons, video recorders, any illegal substance, Frisbees and skateboards (within the seating area).
Re-entry
You may re-enter the seating area as long as your hand has been stamped.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets with the exception of cancelled performances due to rain, in which case rain check stubs may be used for another performance.
Restrooms
Restrooms are available at the top of the hill. They are handicapped accessible. There are also portable facilities near the permanent restrooms and at the bottom right side of the seating area.
Services for Guests with Disabilities
Ample special needs seating is available down in front to the right and left of the center seating areas and in four smaller sections integrated throughout the center section. These sections are clearly marked by signage, green partitions and blue paint. Patrons requiring assistance due to a disability are encouraged to contact Jackie Neill, Recreation Supervisor at 732-745-3936, prior to attending a performance so that any special needs may be met.
Disability services include *Sign Language Interpretation, *Audio Description, Large Print and Braille programs, Accessible Parking and Barrier-free access to seating, box office and parking areas.

Smoking
Guests are asked to refrain from smoking in the main seating area.

There is a pay phone across Pine Drive (the road at the back of the theater) by the public bathroom.
